The High School Diploma Program is for students 18 and over. To be eligible for a high school diploma, a student must complete with passing grades, the required course of study for a total of 200 credits. Students who have previously earned high school credits must submit an official transcript. Credits earned prior to enrolling in our classes may be counted towards earning a high school diploma with Sutter County Adult Education. 

Currently, all classes will operate via distance learning. While we have developed a plan to continue to assist our students, these plans are subject to change. 

Prerequisite:
All students will take the CASAS Reading and Math assessment for placement before they are registered in a class.

 

Do you have Work Experience?
Students may earn up to 20 elective credits for work experience which must be verified by the teacher and adult school coordinator.

What do I need to enroll?

  1. Obtain a sealed, official transcript  (Envelope must remain sealed)
  2. Register online and create a student account 
  3. Call our office (530) 822-5810 and schedule an orientation
 

What are the requirements for graduation?
To graduate with us you must have completed 200 credits in these areas:
